The term, ‘Baby Shower’ often conjures a vision of a 1950′s kitchen tea with store bought gifts & sugary treats & not a man in sight, including the father-to-be!

Today, however many more parents-to-be are empowering themselves with a rite of passage ceremony to prepare themselves for their new role as parents. For when a baby is born, so too are parents! Our old identity must let go for a greater one to emerge, ideally before the baby is born when we have the time & the headspace for our own process of transformation.

Understanding our personal lessons at this threshold, enables us to have a more graceful pregnancy, birth & completely embrace our new baby, decreasing the risk of post natal depression.

For pregnancy, birth & nurturing a newly arrived soul 24/7 is the most profound & life changing event most of us will ever undergo. Everything changes, our bodies, our relationships, our values, our identity, our financial status, our responsibilities – changes not covered in the birth manuals & hospital classes which focus on the birth rather than the rite of passage into parenthood.

And, understanding that no modern family is the same, these ceremonies are personally crafted to be suitable for singles & couples (hetero & same sex) who are expecting a child, as natural or adoptive parents.

What to Expect

An intimate, fun & insightful event shared with your inner circle of support, be they family &/or friends, where you will:
