I have been invited to facilitate a gathering of women as part of this global event to connect with the divine feminine & thought it the perfect opportunity to launch our exciting new holistic exercise practice, Goddess Yoga!
Goddess Yoga TM is the brainchild of Tanishka, a Tantric women’s empowerment coach & Sunne Bernt, a yoga instructor & personal trainer. It is devised to give you a total workout of your mind, body & soul that is guaranteed to leave you feeling fantastic about yourself on every level.
Suitable for women of all ages, it is an innovative blend of ancient yogic practises that stimulate the flow of energy; enhancing organ function, muscle tone, fitness & inner calm as well as creative active meditations to express whatever tensions, worries & inhibitions your body has been holding onto, leaving you to feel lighthearted & refreshed emotionally, mentally & physically.
