The Holy Grail long searched for by seekers of truth was a euphemism for the womb of the Magdalene, the title given to the High Priestesses who served the sacred feminine or Goddess in her many ancient temples & mystery schools. (Mary Magdalene being the most well renowned priestess who was brought from Jerusalem to Glastonbury by Joseph of Arimathea & whose teachings consequently birthed the mystery school known as Avalon, which played a significant role in the preparation of King Arthur, founder of Camelot & the Knights of the Round Table.)
Whilst the Mother Goddesses teachings have been long suppressed & misunderstood many are now reclaiming the divine feminine mystical traditions & teachings, as a complement to the sacred teachings taught by a wide number of male prophets & spiritual masters, such as Jesus in service to the Father God by his many varied names, Shiva, Allah, Yahweh, Adonis, Zeus, Osiris & Buddha.
In this Age of Aquarius our greatest lessons is to understand the one truth which governs our uni-verse: our ‘one story’ & realise that we are all working towards a common goal, the restoration of wholeness, through the appreciation of differences & harmonising of opposites. To this end I have been instructed to offer these sacred ceremonies to help anchor the consciousness of Sacred Union within us all, assisting to anchor the global shift into the Age of Light, coined by Eckhardt Tolle as ‘The New Earth’.
The Full Moon celebrated as the Sabbatu (which later became the Sabbath) was the holi-day each month when no one worked in honour of the Mother Goddess, Ishtar who was said to menstruate when the moon was full. This intense lunar energy is the ideal time to creatively celebrate the magical mystery of life & the full reflection of the light of both the sun (masculine) & moon (feminine) in perfect balance.
